My setup
What I use to record the videos, code and study. Only what I actually use makes the list, with one line on why.

Recording
- Insta360 Link 2 4K
4K webcam with gimbal and tracking. It follows me when I stand up and the framing never breaks.
- Shure MV7+
Dynamic podcast microphone. Picks up the voice and ignores the rest of the room, no acoustic treatment.
- Rode PSA1 boom arm
Holds the Shure at mouth height and swings out of the camera frame when I am not recording.
- Hollyland Lark M2
Coin-sized wireless lavalier. For recording away from the desk, standing up or on the phone.
- Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen
Audio interface that connects the MV7 over XLR.
- Logitech Litra Glow
Diffused LED light clipped to the monitor. Removes the shadow from the face and turns on with one tap.
- Stream Deck Elgato
One button per action: record, mute, switch scene, open the app. No hunting for shortcuts mid-recording.
Computer and peripherals
- Mac Studio M4 Maxno affiliate
Silent desktop that runs local AI models without heating up.
- Samsung Odyssey G5 34" ultrawide (LC34G55T)
One monitor instead of two. Code on one side, video or chat on the other, no bezel in the middle.
- Logitech MX Keys S
Low, quiet keyboard. Switches between the Mac and another device with one button.
- Logitech MX Master 3S
Free-spinning scroll wheel and thumb button. After it, a regular mouse feels broken.
- TP-Link Deco Mesh, 3-pack
Wi-Fi across the whole house, no dead spots. I use the Deco 6E; the link is the current model of the line on Amazon.
Tools
- Wispr Flow
My everyday voice-to-text. I speak, it types into any app, and the text comes out clean.
- Wise
Multi-currency account I use between Brazil and Ireland. With the link: free card or a transfer of up to 500 EUR with no fee.
Health
- Google Fitbit Air
Screenless band. Tracks sleep and heart rate without pulling me to the phone at every notification.
